Pi-hole is blocking my ISP address

Hi,

I just installed Pi-hole on a Docker Container on my Rpi4.
I put its IP address on my network DNS configuration (on my laptop) and it works fine but I can't have an access to my ISP address (to make configuration on my router).
I have the following message on my browser :

DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I already tried to add a new domain on my Whitelist but still doesn't work.
Do you have an idea how can I fix it ?
