Actual Behaviour:
After installation began I got an error from apt. I am using a Raspberry Pi 3B with Raspbian Buster Lite. https://i.imgur.com/SUZhqW1.png

Installation didn't finish.
This is an OS level problem. Until apt update runs, the Pi-hole installer will not complete. From the Pi terminal, run the suggested command
sudo apt --fix-missing
The command you provided didn't work but I got Pi-hole to install.
