Pi-Hole does not block new domains

Greetings friends Pi-Hole, at the moment I am presenting a problem with the Pi-Hole system that actually seems very good to me, the problem I have is that it is not blocking the new domains added manually, I am testing with a specific domain but it lets it pass and in the Query Log list that domain does not appear, as I can solve this problem, in the main window it indicates that it is performing blocks but as I can check the correct operation of the pi-hole and by the way that it blocks the domains in the entered?

Thank you for the help that you may be able to provide.
