Thanks for the hint, stonerl. I searched this matter on the Internet in a broader scope. I found the solution by a significant detour: The fritz.box has a "security" option to prevent communication between WiFi participants - but some could still talk to each other (?). I turned off this option, and each device has no connection restrictions, and ping works between each participant in the network.
