I thought I'd share my experience so far with v5. I have it installed on a SheevaPlug (1.2Ghz Armv5tel with 512MB SDRAM running Debian Stretch). On the same SBC I also have my primary Redis instance for Nextcloud caching, file-locking and PHP sessions for another SBC, Privoxy + Tor transparent proxy, and Apache to host Pi-Hole. Load avg is usually between 0.15 to 0.70 serving 50 devices max. The Sheevaplug is my playbox where I usually test things out first before putting it on an Odroid/ Pine64/ Rock64 but Pi-Hole has been running so well on the Sheevaplug for well over a month that I've decided to keep it there unless I run into problems. Had some hiccups with the install script not able to correctly identify the Sheevaplug's arch and also had to locally compile pihole-FTL but other than those 2, the install went smoothly
