Overlay in Dashboard disapears

Expected Behaviour:
When i´m at the Dashboard and i log in i can see the graf "Client (over time)"
When i mouse-over the graf i got an overlay wich show me the ip-adresses to the grafs.

Actual Behaviour:
Unfortunately, the overlay is to deep under the mouse and disapears at the bottom of the graf so i cant see all
and only see one or two adresses.

I try all relevant web-browsers, all the same.
