Options to prioritize upstream DNS servers

Is it possible to set a „main“ or „preferred“ upstream DNS server?

Currently I have this

and according to actual usage the one is used for 8 %, the other one for 23 % of all requests (note that the cache is doing well and a lot of requests for internal devices are answered by the router)

Is there something Pi-Hole can do about this?

I fear not, as „it’s the way DNS works“ so dnsmasq will somehow automatically decide which upstream server will be used (maybe depending on performance?).
