Only Security DNS coming through Pi-Hole

This is the second time I have set up PiHole on my Pi Zero running DietPi. Changed networks so I started from scratch again. I have the Pi set up and Pihole running and my client connected routing all DNS requests directed to the Pi IP. But only a select few DNS queries are coming relating to my security software and the pi-hole itself. I know this should be a simple fix but I can't seem to figure it out. All help is appreciated. Thank you

Expected Behaviour:

Expecting all DNS queries to go through Pi-Hole. Then Blocking DNS queries with pihole

Actual Behaviour:

Only security software DNS requests going through on behalf of the PC's IP address. No DNS queries are being blocked as none are coming through.

What security software are you using on that PC?

bitdefender. never had an issue with it in the past
