Odd Problem with Origin (Gaming Platform)

Hi, since a few days I got a odd behavior.

I got Origin (origin.com) installed on my gaming PC which is using the PiHole for DNS resolution.
When I use the PiHole as DNS server I get an error when trying to Install Origin:

As soon as I set my FritzBox as DNS Server for the client Origin installs fine.

The PiHole is connecting to the FritzBox for upstream DNS.

My FritzBox got Cloud9 Configured with DoT (Since a few days)

No matter what I do on the FritzBox, it always fails when the PiHole is the DNS server for the client.
On the PiHole, no URLs from Origin are blocked and even if I put it to disable it still fails.

Any ideas what this is causing and how to fix it ?

Since you did enable DoT, it seems you would be running AVM's beta firmware on your FritzBox (aka Laborversion).

We have recently received a few reports for DNS queries not being answered by FB Laborversion 7.x if CNAMEs and/or subdomains are involved.

Assuming you can read German (since you configured Germany as your profile's location), you may want to read Problem mit DNS Auflösung bei FritzBox seit Labor FW 7.19-77060/77061.
