Hello, I spent a few hours already googling every possible reason and way to fix it and i can't seem to be able to. lighttpd status is up and running. Tried re-installing, repairing, reflashing new pi OS.
Something is cycling your lighttpd.

Thanks for the reply. Would me restarting it a bajillion times due to trying different things on the net make it show up as so?
Can you explain that in some more detail? What URL you are trying, what the browser is reporting as an error?
Typing the 192.168.0.3/admin (also tried the named syntax I found while trying to fix it), in all cases browser times out, "This site can't be reached". Even tried different browsers.
I can't believe I didn't check this, and I apologize for wasting your time.... I thought the install would've put an exception in UFW and it didn't, I just allowed port 80 through and now it works.
