No ads blocked after update

I updated Pi-Hole a day or two ago, and just noticed tonight that's not blocking ads. I can see ads on websites, and the stats concur (0 ads blocked). I don't know for certain that it was caused by the update, that could be coincidental. I'm currently running Pi-hole Version v2.12.1, and Web Interface Version v2.4. I reinstalled it without removing it first, but that didn't help. Next I uninstalled Pi-Hole and then installed it again. Now the web UI won't display any stats (it was at least showing the DNS queries before). What is the correct permissions for pihole.log? Before all this happened, it was owned by dnsmasq:www-data, but since installing again, pihole.log is owned by dnsmasq:root. Regardless of log file permissions, it's not blocking any ads.

My debug token: 3cwwsv5uys

I woke up this morning to find my Pi-Hole device had crashed. After restarting, I checked the admin console on a whim, and domains are now being blocked. Browsing a few pages confirms that it's now blocking ads again.

I was just about to answer

From your debug log, I see that blocking seems to work as intended.

Permissions for /var/log/pihole.log are dnsmasq root on my Raspberry.
