Network Dies Until Pi-Hole Restart

Expected Behaviour:

Internet connectivity should persist long-term.

Actual Behaviour:

Entire network loses connectivity, we resolve this but power-cycling the Pi-Hole. I have the pre-built one that you can buy from the storefront. The issue sometimes happens daily, sometimes a few days. We are handling DHCP with our Ubiquiti hardware, not sure if relevant.
