NEST app on iPhone not working

Expected Behaviour:

Nest app is being blocked on iphone (latest iOS), I am running google wifi, raspberry (Pi-Hole Unbound DNS)

Actual Behaviour:

ERROR: There was a problem connecting to the Nest service, try again in few minutes.

why i smy NEST app being blocked through pihole, any idea ? thanks

I do forgot to mention, I used to have NEST account which worked fine, then google bought NEST and forced us to migrate to google account. Now I log in NEST account using google, somehow it is getting blocked by pihole, whitelisting app measurement etc, and crashanalytics, did not help.
