Pi hole was working fine I did something wrong, now I can't access the host (a pi3).
I got the Sd card on a Linux machine and I can read it.
Wish now to reformat fresh the Sd, but need to backup first all the files in which I saved my static ip address.
Please can you tell me which file I have to backup?

You probably want to back up these files:
/etc/hosts
/etc/dnsmasq.d/04-pihole-static-dhcp.conf

I would just clone the entire card to a backup, then do the format and reinstall. That way you can go to the clone and fetch any files you need.
Ok backed up. Now I made a fresh install.
Do I first copy back those files and then enable DHCP or viceversa?

I don't think it matters.
Did all, but no is not working, in the static DHCP leases there are no entries (while the file has been copied

A restart of the Pi should fix this.
Sorry I mispelled the file while renaming it, that was it
