Pi-hole not blocking ads possible extra setup needed
Details about my system:
Windows 10 latest
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
1pv4 and ipv6
Please provide a lot more detail. See the standard help template below.
Expected Behaviour:
[Replace this text with what you think should be happening. Please include as much detail as possible including, but not limited to:
-operating system
-hardware]
Actual Behaviour:
[replace this text with what is actually happening]
Debug Token:
[Replace this text with the debug token provided from running pihole -d
(or running the debug script through the web interface]
Reading and applying some of Pi-hole's documentation on Post-Install recommendations could be helpful.
Actually i'm planning on switching to privoxy since pi-hole is too strict and blocks too many legit sites
Thee statements appear to be mutually exclusive. Your Pi-hole is not blocking ads but at the same time is blocking too much?
Details would be helpful. What legit sites are being blocked? Where are you seeing ads?
A debug log would also be helpful:
Please upload a debug log and post just the token URL that is generated after the log is uploaded by running the following command from the Pi-hole host terminal:
pihole -d
or do it through the Web interface:
Tools > Generate Debug Log
