My Pi Hole is not blocking ads

The issue I am facing:
Im getting a bunch of ads after setting up my Pi Hole

Details about my system:
v5.1 and I can connect to it and it is currently set as default DNS for Home Network

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
All I have done is add block lists.

If you are seeing ads, the following may apply:

  1. Clients are sending some or all DNS queries elsewhere.
  2. The ads are served from the same domains as the content, which makes them difficult to block with a domain blocker (Pi-hole).

I only made this post because I had to reset my Pi-Hole due a issue and now I am seeing way more ads than before/ Do you think it could be the websites even though I did not have any ads before?
