My browser is slow at the start?

Hi.
I am just wondering, because my browser is at the start writing
"identificerer vært" = "identifies host" but it takes up 2 minutes before i can use the internet works,
then the browsing is going at normale speed again.

What does the setting in "Settings->DNS" in the bottom screen means (Local network in [CIDR notation]) - (IP address of your DHCP server (router)) - (Local domain name (optional))
