Making Blocked Domain go to custom site

So I am creating a "public" DNS server powered by Pi-Hole that is for me and my friends. I rented a small Virtual Machine to host it on just for lolz and it is working great.

However, for some reason, when a site is blocked, it sends me to "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" and not to the "This site is blocked" page.

Why is that? And how can I get it working?
I have added a bunch of ad domains in the Adlist.

We do not condone public Pi-holes (open resolvers), nor do we support them.
