I've installed pihole just now, but unfortunately, it seems not working quite well. I still have lots of ads. Only four queries are blocked in the last 24 hours.

This tutorial is too old, and many settings have been optimized now. Please check.
Also only use 1 DNS IP (pihole) in your router settings, do not add Google DNS as second DNS.
You can add several DNS in pihole settings.

many settings have been integrated in the admin area. You can setup DNS, white- and blacklists and much more.
No need to edit cfgs anymore... (usually)..
I think the percentage is very good it depends on what sites you visit.

You can add more blocklists to your system Block list post
There is some small formatting issues on some of them.
