Lost my dashboard. Just spinning black arrows

I logged into my web interface today and noticed I have lost my dashboard. I just see spinning black arrows. They keep spinning like they are having trouble with something. I just updated to FTL 2.8, but this happened before the update. Unsure what to do to troubleshoot or fix it. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Pi-hole Version v3.0.1 Web Interface Version v3.0.1 FTL Version v2.8

FTL Running:

FTL version: v2.8
Process identifier (PID): 457
Time FTL started: 22:23:24
User / Group: pihole / pihole
Total CPU utilization: 1.8%
Memory utilization: 0.4%
Used memory: 2.33 MB

Try restarting FTL via sudo service pihole-FTL restart
If that doesn't fix it, run pihole -d for a debug token.

I think FTL is running fine for you looking at what you posted.

Can you try force-refreshing the dashboard?
On most browsers that is something like [Ctrl] + [F5] or alternatively [Ctrl] + [Shift] + [R]. It may be different on a Mac.

Thanks DL6ER. The browser refresh worked like a charm. Thank you!! And thank you to Mcat12 for also helping out.

Glad that helped you. We have seen that so many times - even if users flush their browser's cache, the Javascript scripts it buffered seem to persist - only a force-refresh can bring them to re-load the JS.
