Yes, now I had time to test:
- removed invalid FTLCONF_local_ipv4
- test with
FTLCONF_dns_reply_host_IPv4=10.0.0.2>
NOT OK - test with
FTLCONF_LOCAL_IPV4=10.0.0.2> NOT OK - test with Juraj_jiv's Docker run command (Local DNS resolves as 0.0.0.0 for itself - #15 by Juraj_jiv) > NOT OK, I get 0.0.0.0 for Pihole's FQDN

[EDIT: Made a mistake and thought the proper IP was returned during testing, but it wasn't, so NOK]
