Leases

Pihole installed, modem dhcp deactivated, pihole is the ONLY DHCP server.
DHCP server leases does not show ANY leases.
How am I to determine the address of a device, plugged into the system?

Have you restarted your devices so they get the new DHCP lease?

Well, if a device is plugged into the system, with dhcp service ENABLED on the pihole, meaning that pihole is handing out addresses, shouldn't that be visible?
And, yes, I have RESTARTED, and NO, they ARE NOT visible

Whatever images you have, they are not publicly visible. What network settings are the devices receiving? Check what DNS server they are getting, what DHCP information you can find, etc.

For eample.
My roku FAILED to connect to the internet.
REBOOT the roku
NO FUCKING IP
enter pihole, disable dhcp, enter modem, enable dhcp, reboot roku
NOW IT CONNECTS.
SO, TELL ME

Please, we are trying to help you. Swearing at us doesn't help. Are you able to see any networking settings when the roku doesn't connect to the internet? Such as gateway address, etc?

Also, please run pihole -d for a debug token. That will let us look closely at the Pi-hole and help determine if the DHCP server is not working properly.

a fine example of how NOT to get some support, on a free project run and maintained by volunteers in their own free time
