**The issue I am facing:**
I list that I am subscribed to recently reorganized the files and with changed the URL for the list. I'd like to update the URL without having to recreate the list entry ( group, comments, etc ) from scratch.

The options I see in the lists screen is to delete , add, and edit every property _except_ the URL.

Am I missing something?

**Details about my system:**

The only way would be directly manipulating the SQLite database.

From the processing point of view, when you change the URL, Pi-hole sees a completely new list.

Everything related to the old URL will change. Gravity update will overwrite the old list contents anyway, so there is zero gain compared to create a new entry.

From the group management point of view:

If you want to change the URL for different lists, with different comments and different group assignment, you would need to change them manually, one by one, even if there was a way to do it via web interface.

On the other hand, if you want to replace the URL for just one list _(or for multiple lists with the same comment and assigned to the same groups)_, the job is easy:

1. type the new URL (or multiple URLs, separated by spaces);
2. type the comment (the comment will be the same for every list);
3. select all groups (selected groups will be assigned to all lists);
4. Click on the button to add them.

If you really want to change only the URLs, the only way to do it is changing them on the SQLite database, using SQL commands, as _ **tomporter518** _ said.

Gotcha. So there isn't an easy way to edit the list entry in the GUI. I also noted that I added some lists as Grant instead of Deny, so I had to delete those and re-add them as Deny.

There was another issue where several lists where disabled. When I clicked on the "enabled" slider, I got the confirmation message that they were enabled, but the slider quickly switched from "enabled" back to "disabled". It literally just flashed green for a 1/2 second.

I fixed that by deleting and re-adding those lists. Today was a delete and re-add list kind of day, but every thing is fixed!

You can close this issue.
