Instruct for disable then uninstall

Issue
At install (easy method) finished with warning about ?php failed? then internet disconnected.
What/how to access GUI?
Is it possible to open dashboard without browser internet access?
Dropbox and mega sync have access but not browsers.

Rebooted twice.
I get about two seconds of browser connectivity when restart Wi-Fi.

Instructions to disable or uninstall do not work for me (insufficient / don't include the exact steps)
I need explicit instructions to disable at least.

Please upload a debug log and post just the token that is generated after the log is uploaded by running the following command from the Pi-hole host terminal:

pihole -d

or do it through the Web interface:

Tools > Generate Debug Log

I dont know how/where to find a debug log.
This is the same result as other commands suggested.

I'm very uncomfortable
I suppose a log js most important but I need help to find that.
At this point I would prefer to uninstall and gain my computer back.
Then if possible figure out where logs are and which dependencies are missing.

My laptop wired connection for a minute was 100 MB:s but now unrecognised.
ProtonVPN profile disappeared.
No browsers, email or syncing service.
Wi-Fi speed is 1 Mb/s

followed by:

sudo rm -rf /etc/.pihole /etc/pihole /opt/pihole /usr/bin/pihole-FTL /usr/local/bin/pihole /var/www/html/pihole /var/www/html/admin
