Instagram blocking SPONZORED ADS

is there any way to block "sponsored ads" popping up on Instagram posts?

I don't use Instagram, but you can try using these tools to see how the ads are served. If they are from the same domain as the content, it will be difficult or impossible to block them with Pi-hole.

Thank you, yes I tried it using Pi-Hole diagnostics.
I'll check it out yet. But when I blocked some addresses about assholes I thought ads were between posts, so instagram stopped showing regular posts
