How about a gui for importing a collection of regex filters created by the end user into pi hole, saves on manually adding each filter.

You can already import several regex at once as a space separated list. Just paste the whole thing into the input box for the regex and it will add all of them at once.
If you provide an optional comment, every regex in the list will have that comment.
