I am a Pi-hole beginner and my Pi-hole isn't working.

If your router doesn't have LAN (network / DHCP) settings you have a few options:

  1. use another router (I know this is not very helpful if you only have one, but it is an option);

  2. use the Method 3 from the post above. This is not easy if you have too many devices, but allow you to select which devices will actually use Pi-hole.

  1. Try to configure Pi-hole IP in both fields. Or try to use 0.0.0.0 in the other field.
