Hi,
I’ve disabled DHCP from my ISP box, and I’ve set DHCP / DNS / SLAAC+RA in the Pi-Hole.
I don’t known if it’s still my ISP box that advertise IPv6 addresses to my devices, but it’s the good delegated IPv6 subnet, but without the gateway ( most of the time it’s the 1st IP of the delegated subnet, and also for my ISP box ::1 )
So I suppose it’s not my ISP box that do this advertise, because in theory it should also give the gateway IPv6 address.
May be Pi-Hole read all my IPv6 attached addresses ?
I’ve statically set an ULA ( fd00:: … ) but also fixed a GUA addresses on the IPv6 subnets delegation of my ISP. In my netplan configuration, I’ve also set the gateway to the 1st IP.
My Pi-hole can ping -6 the world correctly.
The others devices got the GUA IPv6 from the good delegation subnet, but as they doesn’t receive the GW address, they can’t communicate to the world.
Any help will be appreciated ![]()
