How I can be sure if a youtube link is an ads?

I found 2 links that I suspect of being ads:

How can I watch those videos?

If the content is coming from the same domain as the ads, you will get the ads as well as the video. This is common with YouTube. There is a very long running thread on YouTube videos:

Update 2020-10-24 It's not likely that you'll be able to block in-video ads with Pi-hole. But there isn't a way of seen the content of the link to block it with peace of mind of not blocking a real content?

Only if the server on the other end provides the content. If there is nothing there, then you will see nothing.
