No. If you do this, all the clients that get an IP address from the router will use Pi-hole.
Manually map your individual clients to use Pi-hole for DNS, and leave the rest of the network untouched.
Or you use the group management to exclude some devices from filtering. They still use Pi-hole for DNS resolution, but no queries will be blocked.
