A Windows client is sending reverse lookup(PTR) requests frequently.
Any idea why?
They all seem to be to other DHCP clients and the pi-hole server IP
192.168.1.210 is pi-hole
192.168.1.211 is pi.hole
192.168.1.212 is pi.hole

That's an interesting question - but one for the developers or maintainers of the client software running on your Windows client that is issuing those reverse lookups.

Microsoft Support are not going to know what a PTR request is
an app on my pc, I left it running all day by accident
It get all network device IP and hostnames
so that would use PTR to get the hostnames
