Fresh install of Pi-Hole fails to run dnsmasq on Ubuntu

Expected Behaviour:

dnsmasq should run and the Pi-Hole installation should finish successfully.

Actual Behaviour:

I install Pi-Hole with the provided instructions and it fails to run dnsmasq on this line.

  [i] Starting dnsmasq service...

Thus failing the install and I cannot use Pi-Hole :frowning:

Ubuntu 18, check out PiHole on Ubuntu 18 on Odroid Xu4 - #4 by robgill and see if that is of any assistance.
