This is completely unrelated.
The Discourse forum had issues (less than 2 hours ago) and it was really offline.
Your screenshot shows around 15% of all queries were blocked. This is normal.
If you are still seeing ads, maybe you need to block some domains. Read this to find out which domains you need to block: How do I determine what domain an ad is coming from?
