Flipboard blocked only device? How is this even possible?

The issue I am facing:
I have one user o their mobile whose phone will not show flipboard on my network behind Pi-Hole.
Details about my system:
Raspberry Pi running Dietpi-Pi-Hole/Ubound
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
No much just added some list and a pivpn with wireguard.
