Feature Request: Refresh Network Table

I lately went through many posts regarding the Network Table and saw that REFRESH_HOSTNAMES was implemented to prevent numerous hourly PTR requests. If you set this option to NONE you will prevent the numerous requests but also miss future changes of host names.

Is there any way to manually trigger this refresh?
If not, how about implementing a Refresh Network Table function that checks for client / host name changes? Maybe implemented with a button in the settings, similar to Flush Network Table.
