Facebook ads above friends list

before using Pihole on my synology I was getting these ads above my contact list that even browser ad blockers couldn't stop. I then found Piholee and after setting it up I found those ads gone. Now they're back.

I tried entering the web site they were advertising for to no avail, any ideas, TIA

P.S. would add a debug file for pihole but am note sure how to do it on a synology.

From the web admin GUI under tools, or from the Docker terminal with pihole -d
