Error when adding domains to blacklist

The issue I am facing:
Can't add domains to blacklist
Details about my system:
Raspberry Pi 4 B 2GB RAM
What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:
I added a few domains and RegEx patterns, but when I see an ad domain that got by in the query log, it says:
"While executing INSERT OR IGNORE:
attempt to write a readonly database
Added 0 out of 1 domains"

And the domain is not blacklisted.

Please upload a debug log and post just the token URL that is generated after the log is uploaded by running the following command from the Pi-hole host terminal:

pihole -d

or do it through the Web interface:

Tools > Generate Debug Log
