As Topic says a Edit of the http/https Adress in Filter Lists would be very nice.

If you have a many Filter Lists that is Added in a specific Order, Edit the http/https Adress would be a great relief

Now i have to delete all Lists if any Adress changes and add all again in the right Order.

This doesn't make sense. The order of the lists doesn't matter.

Pi-hole will use all of them.

If you have URL Lists from e.g. Firebog Blocklist Collection it makes sense.

If the Lists are Randomly in Piholes Filter Lists and the 3rd one in the List changes the URL Adress you have to delete all other Lists after the 3rd one to change the 3rd`s URL and then add them again.

If you can Edit it its easy.

It sounds like you are just wanting to keep your lists in some 'visual order'? As RD states, their order there has no impact on functionality. The domains in the lists all get added to the database and used that way, i.e. all combined.

Yes i have the Lists in a Visual Order so i see if there are any changes.

Would be nice to have a simple Edit of the URL or a way to add 10 or more Lists at a time.

So i can copy & paste it from the Blocklist Site to Pihole.

The lists and their contents, or order of the contents are not something Pi-hole is responsible for. They are just lists with domains that Pi-hole uses for ad blocking.

I suppose if you really wanted the lists in a particular order, you could write a script of some sort. Not clear why you would need such a thing, but who knows.

Yes.
You can add as many list you want in a single operation.

All lists will be assigned to the same groups and they will have the same comment, if provided.

Check here how to do it:

> [@Is there way to change a list URL without deleting and re-adding it?](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/is-there-way-to-change-a-list-url-without-deleting-and-re-adding-it/87248/3):

> From the processing point of view, when you change the URL, Pi-hole sees a completely new list. Everything related to the old URL will change. Gravity update will overwrite the old list contents anyway, so there is zero gain compared to create a new entry. From the group management point of view: If you want to change the URL for different lists, with different comments and different group assignment, you would need to change them manually, one by one, even if there was a way to do it via we…

Would it be a lot of work to add _'Drag & Drop'_ to that part of Pi-Hole that works like this : [Feature #5373: Advanced option to add separator or group firewall rules in web gui - pfSense - pfSense bugtracker](https://redmine.pfsense.org/issues/5373#note-4) ?

I have some stuff that needs to be grouped visually too, so having something like that would be nice 🙂

I ~~would be~~ am concerned that users would assume that moving lists means the lists have some kind of order or hierarchy. Being able to move a list drag-n-drop means that a list higher in the display has a higher priority.

----Personal Opinion----
I understand that people will use Pi-hole for what ever their needs are but if you are at a point that you need to manage a large collection of lists, well, maybe you don't need that many lists?

I totally agree with you, but for us who are a bit OCD about their stuff it would be nice to have, however only if it's not too much work ofcourse 🙂
