Domain still blocked

Hi everyone,
Sorry if the topic is not in the right place

For the past 2 weeks I'm trying to understand how can I add to the whitelist one domain where I don't want the pi-hole to be. I read so many posts here and none of them solve my problem.

I want to add this domain to the whitelist.
I tried all combos possible, without http with, with https, tried as wildcard, tried to create a different group, nothing works!

The main page works fine but when you try to open an video he says to turn off the addblocker but I caaaaaan't.

Help? Please?

You need to figure out which domains the videos are coming from and/or which domain is tested to determine if an adblocker is used.

I didn't thought about it before.
