DoH doesn't seem to work with DNSSEC

The issue I am facing:
I installed DoH with cloudflared thanks to the documentation of Pi-hole
After installation (about a month ago) I checked 2 things

• https://www.dnsleaktest.com/
  It finds every single time only 1 server and it's cloudflare, nice
  The second thing I check was :
• https://1.1.1.1/help
  And it finds that I use 1.1.1.1 DNS and that I have DoH, great

What I have changed since installing Pi-hole:

After a while I'm trying to understand what is DNSSEC, and after that I activated it in Pihole, and :
when i checked on dnsleaktest.com I found the same result than usual but not on 1.1.1.1/help which is :

I thought DNSSEC was compatible with DoH even vital (I already tried ipconfig /flushdns, flush dns firefox, update cloudflared, restart DNS resolver, restart pihole)

Your DoH is working fine. The problem is with that website - it returns incorrect results depending on your DNSSEC setting in Pi-hole.

You can use whichever DNSSEC setting in Pi-hole you prefer.
