Your observation seems very similar to recent Interface eth0 does not currently exist.
The message itself is just a warning and may be safely ignored if only encountered during startup and your Pi-hole is operational otherwise.
If you want to address just the warning nevertheless, have a look at DELAY_STARTUP (also marked as solution in the linked thread).
