Actual Behaviour:
can't access opt folder in Putty/ SSH Tool to copy the tar. gz file which I have downloaded from github.com to execute the installation

Hi, I am trying to install dnscrypt-proxy on my PiHole using the guide in github.
As I have quoted above I am unable to copy the file downloaded from github and execute it using SSH Tool. I am using winscp to transfer the file and is giving me permission error and asking to abort the file copy process.
I need some expert advice regarding this pls.
