DNS not resolving. Lots of FTL errors

If a binary and dbase file is corrupted, I suspect a power issue and after that, a dying SD card.
Check below link and the systemd journals for power issues:

Could search all of the systemd journals with below for "under-voltage" messages:

sudo journalctl --full --no-hostname --pager-end --grep voltage
