Please explain your problem some more. What do you expect to see, what is wrong, do you have any ideas?

I think the issue is that instead of seeing the hostname for the Pi-hole listed in the DNS Test, he's seeing the reverse lookup for 192.168.111.2 and that is showing as one of the domains on his blacklist. I think this may be resolved by that re-ordering of domain lists, but it's just a cosmetic thing for now.

Yes, I know it's just a cosmetic thing, but with the old PI-hole version, the name was displayed by Pi-Hole hostname.
