Turning this feature "Enable DHCP rapid commit (fast address assignment" off fixed my issue with my DLink camera not getting DHCP. Disabling the "Enable DHCPv4 rapid commit (fast address assignment)" fixed it immediately. Before this it would never offer the DLink cam an ip address. By the way. The camera model is DCS-8302LH so not an old camera
