Is there any way possible to give more than one user the access to pihole?
I have a situation where more users are willing to connect to it to check reports, but I don't want them to be able to access settings and whitelist/blacklist sections, nor other admin parts of the pihole.
Is this doable?

Welcome to the Pi-hole community, dllfpp. 
Right now, Pi-hole's UI supports a basic dashboard for anonymous page visitors, and full access is available once you logged in.
If that doesn't fit your needs, e.g. because you want different information for different users or browsing more data without having to login, consider supporting an existing corresponding Feature Request like Multiple Users in Admin Console.
Feel free to expand that request and elaborate on the functionality you'd like to see, but be aware that you'd need to garner enough support for such a feature to be considered by Pi-hole's committed team of volunteers (hence my advice to bump an existing request).
