DHCP server failing to assign some devices

Expected Behaviour:

On Rocky Linux 10.1 and running Pi-Hole directly on it with the DHCP server enabled. The server accepts DHCPDISCOVER packets and responds with seemingly correct DHCPOFFERs, however most devices never get beyond that, and the ones that do it is not clear why.

Devices that do connect seem to work without any issues.

Actual Behaviour:

DHCP process completes as expected

Debug Token:

Never mind, I had my static IP prefix on the server set to /32 instead of /24 by mistake and this seems to have been causing the issue.
