Devices are not using Pi-hole

Actual Behaviour:

I have over 30 devices but only 9 as of now are using pihole. The rest are "Device does not use Pi-hole". I believe it is because of this as well that things like my wireless cameras are not connected/working.
I have updated my router (TP Link Deco Mesh system) with my pihole IP. I recently installed unbound and am using it as my recursive DNS because only 3 devices where using pihole prior to this and using openDNS as a secondary DNS server, allowed all devices to bypass the pihole.

After you installed Pi-hole, did you renew the DHCP lease on all network clients?

Don't do this.

Unbound allows me to use only pihole as my DNS server, so I do not have a secondary anymore.

No, I just rebooted my router.

My router doesn't have a means to renew the lease for all clients and I can't renew the lease on all devices one by one.

Why not? Every device has a method to do this. Sometimes it is just a simple power off/power on, etc.

Yes, I restarted the devices and nothing has changed.
