Database disk image is malformed error (Pihole 5.1.1)

The topic explains my problem and it is as follow. If i do someting with my pihole (whitelist/blacklist) i get the following error. Also if i try to backup with teleporter it gives me an 500 error and a blank page.

I have tried several things (commands) to see if it goes away pihole -r gives me an error backing up old to new .db.

Discovered this after getting home from holliday last evening

If black/whitelist is affected, exchange pihole-FTL.db with gravity.db if you try to repair it.
