Pi-hole v6 doesn't read `/etc/dnsmasq.d/` by default, see [Custom `dnsmasq` configs not loading](https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/v6-post-release-fixes-and-findings/76480#:~:text=Custom%20dnsmasq-,configs%20not%20loading,-Sorry%2C%20this%20probably).

Either enable `misc.etc_dnsmasq_d`, or instead -for just one or two lines- add them directly to `misc.dnsmasq_lines`, as as accessible via _[Settings | All settings](http://pi.hole/admin/settings/all) » Miscellaneous_.
_All settings_ is available in _Expert_ mode only.
